壁紙張り失敗！

以前お話しました私の持ち物件のオフィスで

「フロアカーペットの張替え」と

「壁紙張り」

を行いました

これをすべて自分で行おうと思い

約1か月もちろん空き時間を使って

行っていたのですが

壁紙張りを全て張り終えたところで

断念。。。しました

ほぼ平面な通常の居住スペースとは異なり

オフィスの場合、大きく柱が張り出していたり

窓枠の凹凸が思ったより大きく市販の壁紙だと重ね目がどうしても

気になってしまいます

ほとんどのところは大丈夫だったのですが

１か所どうしても気になったところがあり

結局プロの方にお任せしました

打合せして今週の火曜日に施工

さすがプロ！

１日で完璧な仕上がりでした

最初からお願いすれば良かった～

・・・とは実は思っていません

初めて壁紙の張替えをして

「楽しい」

と感じました

お客様のところでできるレベルではまだありませんが

自分の家なら張替えできそうです

ちなみにフロアカーペットは自分でやりました

これは以前にも友人とやったことがあるので

それほど抵抗無くできました

前回と違い市松模様にすることにより

張替え前とは違うオフィスになった気がします

これからこのオフィスの入居者を募集します

きっと気に入ると思いますよ(笑)

I had the floor carpet replaced and wallpapered the office that I previously mentioned to you.

I had planned to do everything myself, so I spent about a month using my free time to work on it.

However, I gave up after finishing the wallpapering.

Unlike a typical living space, an office has large pillars protruding and

the unevenness of the window frames was larger than I expected,

which made the seams of the commercial wallpaper inevitable.

Most areas were okay, but there was one spot that bothered me, and in the end,

I left it to a professional. We had a meeting,

and the work was done by them on Tuesday this week.

They did a perfect job in one day - as expected of a professional!

I didn't actually think that I should have asked them from the beginning.

I felt "enjoyment" while changing the wallpaper for the first time.

I'm not yet at the level where I can do it for customers, but I feel like I could replace it at my own house.

By the way, I did the floor carpet myself, which I had done before with a friend, so it was relatively easy to do.

This time, I decided to make it a checkered pattern,

which made the office look different from before the replacement.

I will be looking for new tenants for this office from now on. I'm sure they will like it (laughs).
