空き室清掃のエアコン

賃貸物件にはエアコンが備え付けてあるお部屋があります

別料金でご依頼があれば中まで洗浄するのですが

そうでなければ

「外側のカバーとフィルター（取り外し可能な場合）のみ清掃」

しています

その中でカバーを開けると

「埃やカビがビッシリ」

というものもお見掛けします

おそらく何年も清掃をしていないんだろうということが

想像できます

エアコンを取り付けたのはオーナーの方ですが

利用するのは入居者の方

「取り付けられたエアコンはオーナーのものか入居者のものか」

問題です

双方が

「相手が掃除するべき」として対立することがあります

オーナーの方はよかれと思ってつけたと思うのですが

思わぬトラブルになることも

無用なトラブルを避けるためには

オーナーさんが入居募集する前に清掃するか

入居の際に

「エアコン清掃は入居者様で行ってください」

とお伝えするべきだと思います

中にはエアコンを買い替えたいけど

勝手にはできないと我慢している入居者の方もいらっしゃいます

入居者の方には内見の際にエアコンを開けて汚れを確認し

清掃はどちらが行うのかを聞いていただくことが

トラブル回避になると思います

when they move in that "air conditioning cleaning is the tenant's responsibility.
" Some tenants may want to replace the air conditioner but cannot do so on their own.
During a viewing, tenants should be encouraged to open the air conditioner and check for dirt,
as well as ask who is responsible for cleaning it to avoid any potential problems.
