The father-son pair came over on time, did all the work (5 A/C units + outdoor compressors) and left everything perfectly clean. They were both very nice and respectful.
We could communicate in messages in English to set up the date and time. In person was a mix of Japanese and English (and a tad of Spanish). They were very honest about how clean/dirty the A/Cs were, and how often I should clean the inside and outside units in the future. Will definitely use their A/C cleaning service again, and probably their exterior cleaning and pressure washing service too.
