素晴らしいサービスでした！スタッフの方はとてもプロフェッショナルで、仕上がりも大満足でした。ソファに溜まっていた大量の汚れやホコリをしっかり取り除いていただき、施術後はとても良い香りがしました。我が家には犬が2匹いるのですが、ソファについた犬のニオイや毛もきれいに取っていただけました。

I asked Tokyo Clean Impact to help with a difficult task — to clean a used sofa and chair that I had bought online, which turned out to be filthy, dusty, and smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture was of unknown age, had an unusual upholstery fabric, and did not come with any cleaning instructions, so the task was a bit difficult. The results were initially mixed, but Hirao-San was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process, and went to extra lengths to get the furniture clean. Hirao-San did a Basic Cleaning and a Steam Cleaning twice on both items of furniture, and pulled a shocking amount of filth out of the sofa and chair. I feel much better knowing that the furniture is a lot cleaner and that the steaming process eliminated any dust mites that might have been in the old furniture. The smell has also been greatly improved. I can also say that Hirao-San was very cheerful and professional to work with. I asked a number of questions online before the cleaning day and he always answered clearly and promptly. On the day of the cleaning he was very kind to explain the whole process to me. Even though my Japanese language skills are poor, he took the time to communicate with me clearly using a translation app. Unfortunately, the cleaning process caused brown discoloration and staining on the upholstery fabric. A few days later, after the furniture had dried but the stains were still visible, I asked Hirao-San if he would please return to remove the stains, and he kindly accommodated. He arrived the next day and repeated the cleaning process for 3 hours, at no additional fee, until the furniture was as clean as we could get it. The furniture looked much better after this second cleaning attempt, and I really really appreciate that Hirao-San went to such great lengths to try to help me clean this weird used furniture. Overall, I am very happy that I can now use the furniture without worrying about cigarette odors or dust mites, and I am very grateful to Hirao-San for his kindness and patience. I would definitely recommend his services to others, and note that he works well with non-Japanese-speakers and takes extra time and care to communicate.
