1、バッテリー購入の場合は、初期値のテスト、充電直後のテスト、充電後20時間以上後のテストを行い問題なければ、取り付けへ向います。
当店バッテリー購入の場合、1ヶ月の交換保証
2、車両の確認、ヒヤリング
3、養生、メモリバックアップ
4、交換
5、必要車両は有料でバッテリーをコンピューターに登録いたします。(1500円)
6、ナビ、コンピューターのトラブル確認
7、お客様確認、バッテリー購入の方はバッテリー確認、保証書のお渡し

作業までの流れ

車両確認
車両の情報（ハイブリッド車の有無、車両型式、年式）をはじめにお送りください。

作業
予約日時にお客様のところに伺い、作業いたします。

お支払い
予約時に選択された方法で作業料金をお支払いください。お支払い完了後は領収書などを受け取り、金額をご確認ください。
ご予約の前に
お客様へのお願い
・車両の情報をはじめにお送りください。
・雨天の場合、屋根がない場所の作業はできないことがあります。その場合は日程変更をご提案します。
・カーナビのメモリーバックアップを行い作業実施しますが、車種によりバックアップが取れない車両があります。
・車両によっては、バッテリーのリセットを作業行う必要があります、1500円かかります。1部車種は出来ない可能性もございますので、承知くださいませ。(その場合は料金は発生いたしません)
・オプションでバッテリー購入を希望される場合、バッテリーメーカーの指定はお受付しておりません。また、バッテリーのテストと初期充電も行うため4日程度頂いております。
・当店より購入頂いた場合1週間以内のバッテリートラブルによる交換保証をお付けいたします。

無料で駐車できる場所がない場合はどうしたらいいですか？

付近の有料パーキングを使用しますが、その場合のパーキング代のご負担をお願いします。

4日程度かかります。バッテリーテストと、バッテリーの初期充電を行います。
また、当店購入の場合一週間のバッテリートラブル保証を行います。

交換自体は可能ですが、車種によってはバッテリーのリセットを行うことができません。
12V車であれば外国車も工賃は変わりません。
